New Schleich – January 2013

Schleich have launched 65 new products this January – now all in stock.

Of the new products 22 are wild animals, 11 farm life, 14 horses, 5 dogs, 8 smurfs and 5 from their Bayala Fantasy range.

Here we are showing the Blue & Yellow Macaw from the wild animals, all are pretty impressive but some of the immediately most impressive and popular are the revamped Hippopotamus with huge wide jaws, the aggressive Grizzly, and the sleek Black Panther. With the horses Schleich are adding plaited manes to a few more models, see the fell pony and shire but the ones that take the biscuit are the appaloosas – to the uninitiated it looks like icing sugar on the hind quarters – to the initiated a fanatsic model horse.

Orchard Toys – New – Autumn 2012

Each year Orchard Toys release new products in the spring and then summer/autumn.

This autumn we have three super products that are all proving to be best sellers – Where’s My Cupcake Game – Jungle Express Jigsaw – Monster Catcher Game.

Where’s my cupcake actually came out in June so we can already see it is one of our most popular games – just looking at the box with the picture of scrummy pink cupcakes you can see how attractive a game it is for children around the age of 3 or more. Using this everyday product helps children identify with and enjoy the process of playing and learning to count – normal Orchard Toys brilliant approach to educational toys and play.

Cuisenaire Rods – and moving stock!

Since April we have seen huge changes here & in the process Cuisenaire Rods come to the fore.

After a few years of using a company to hold our stock and send out our orders we decided to improve every aspect of what we do and therefore decided to bring all our stock directly under our own control.
We knew we would see cost and efficiency benefits and that we would be able to better ensure everything was processed exactly as we wished.
What we did not expect were the quite dramatic benefits of sitting close by everything.

Spring Bargains 2012

We always have a special offers page where we select different items to offer extra value on.

Sometimes these are end of lines, sometimes slightly damaged stock, sometimes just things we enjoy selling.

This spring we have chosen 9 items to reduce to illustrate some of our best products – 3 Orchard Toys – 3 Schleich models and 2 electronics items, and, of course, a train.

New Products 2012

This year, 2012, has been a great year for us to add products to our range that complement our existing line up.

This picture is just one of the Learning Resources Gears Gears Gears products. All the products from Learning Resources make fun educational toys – they say of themselves “The brand teachers trust” – and they say it with good reason.

Next on our list of additions is an expansion of the wooden train sets to include a wider range of accessories.

Baby Bigjigs is expanded but do also look at the Green products – they are tip top stuff from recycled materials.
