Wonderful Window Mosaic

Why wonderful window mosaic? – strange really.

We only discovered how popular window mosaics are by accident. When you start off selecting educational toys you cast a fairly wide net. The huge benefit of internet retailing is that you get very effective feedback. After a year or so, as the T&L website gained ground with search engines, it became clear that a wide cross section of people were finding their children enjoyed window mosaic.

Why do we all need a globe?

Back along a bit – in 2006 – just before T&L started trading – we were looking at our objectives and deciding what categories of products we should be selling.

We knew we wanted to provide educational toys and ancillary equipment.
We knew we wanted to help parents (& grandparents) choose gifts for children to learn in playtime.
We knew we wanted to avoid dvd’s and video games.

The world, it has to be said, is an increasingly smaller place. The advent of the internet and the advancement of communications means that those in Bangkok can easily keep in touch with people in Basildon at the touch of a button, businessmen in Australia can have real time conversations with those in London, in fact, nowhere is out of bounds now.
